DV LEAP's Executive Director Joan Meier was quoted in an Op-Ed piece penned by Eileen King from Justice for Children. The editorial was entitled "Maryland's Roadblock to Helping Victims of Abuse," and provided analysis of about the Castillo case and the Maryland Judiciary Committee. It appeared in the Washington Post on Sunday, March 14th.
